Work Permits

For minors 14 and 15 years of age, a work permit is required. According to the Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI), students and/or their parents will no longer need to visit local schools for assistance in obtaining a work permit. As of September 11, 2013, instructions and all documents can be found on the DOLI website.
