Colgan High School Prom

This year’s Junior/Senior Prom will be held on Saturday, May 2 from 7-10:30 pm at the National Marine Corps Museum. Here is important information regarding guests, ticket sales, and venue information. Ticket Information

  • Tickets will cost $55 per person (plus a $3.75 fee)
  • Only Colgan juniors and seniors may purchase tickets for themselves and approved guests
  • Due to the venue size, only 1,000 tickets will be sold.
  • All tickets will be available and purchased through GoFan Ticketing following the schedule below:
    • Monday, April 13, 2026: Sales open for seniors beginning at 7:00 am
    • Monday, April 20, 2026: Juniors can begin to purchase tickets at 7:00 am
    • Friday, April 24, 2026: Ticket sales close at 3:00 pm or when 1,000 tickets are sold, whichever comes first.

Guest Information

  • Juniors and seniors may only bring one guest
  • Guests must be:
    • In grades 10-12. 9th grade students and middle school students are not permitted to attend prom.
    • All guests must be under the age of 20.
  • Guest forms were due April 10 by 3:00 pm. Guest forms will no longer be accepted.
  • Juniors and seniors who submitted guest forms will receive an email with guest approval and directions on how to purchase the guest ticket no later than April 15.

Venue Information

Students are reminded that the Marine Corps Museum is a federal museum. In addition to PWCS rules and regulations, there are specific requirements we must follow.

  • Shoes must be worn at all times while in the museum.
  • There will be a coat check, but only coats can be checked. In the event of rain, there will be umbrella stands for your umbrellas.
  • Bags are not permitted in the museum. Small clutch purses that hold a cellphone and keys will be permitted, but will be searched by museum security upon entrance.
  • Students will walk through the evolv machine at the entrance.
  • Students will not be admitted to prom after 9:00 pm.
  • Prom is over at 10:30 pm and students must leave immediately following the conclusion of the dance.
  • There is no re-entry to prom.
