Theatre New York Trip Information
The final payment for the New York trip will be due on or before February 15th. The balance due for students is $299.00 at the quad rate (4 per room).
For adult chaperones, the final payment is based on room occupancy.
If you request a single room, the final payment due will be $499.00.
Double occupancy will be $399.00 per person.
Triple occupancy will be $349.00 per person.
Adults will need to arrange rooming with each other.
Students can now send in rooming requests to Mrs. Nelson at email@example.com. Student rooms will have 4 to a room unless you want to pay the additional charges as listed above for adult chaperones. You would need to let us know right away if you choose this option. If your child does not know who is going, they can ask Mrs. Nelson or Mr. Warkentien and we can help them.
We also need to start collecting medication forms at this time. If your child is on ANY medications which we will need to administer while on the trip- even over the counter meds- we need to have a medication form filled out for each individual med. These forms must be signed by your doctor. Questions regarding medication forms can be directed to our school nurse, Pam Johnson at JohnsoPR@pwcs.edu .

Tickets will be available at the door
$8.00 for Students and Senior Citizens $10.00 for Adults
Will be performed April 20-22 at 7:00 PM each night in the Colgan Auditorium. Tickets will be available at the door.
