Ms. Clay, social studies teacher
Ms. Clay received a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Mary Washington and began her teaching career in Caroline County, where she taught Civics and Economics. Upon completion of her Master's Degree in Education, also from UMW, she decided to make the move to Prince William County Schools.  She started with PWCS at the Middle School level prior to joining Colgan High School. Ms. Clay seeks to help students develop strong historical thinking skills that allow them to make sense of the past using both primary and secondary sources. Ms. Clay is teaching US/VA History and World History II.
