Meningococcal Vaccine Clinic at Colgan High School
All current 11th grade students are required to receive the meningococcal vaccine before starting 12th grade. Students WILL NOT be able to start school on August 19, 2024, without this vaccine.
The Prince William Health District will be at Colgan High School on April 23, 2024, to administer the meningococcal vaccine for free.
Vaccines are provided on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last.

If you would like your 11th grade student to receive this free vaccine, a parental consent form must be completed, signed, and returned to the school health clinic by April 23, 2024.
